- Business development.
- Meeting client (Discussing/Planning and suggesting solutions).
- Screaming and matching candidates to positions.
- Providing carrier or interview advice and coaching to candidates.
- Analyzing problems to suggest consulting plan.
- Preparing various documents (contracts, resume, proposals, reports etc.)
- Follow up client and candidates.
